Resort will be housed in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) designed to be tax-efficient and seamless for savvy investors.

- Limited Partners will purchase room units in the resort from the SPV and will receive attractive rental yields from the revenue generated by the rooms they purchase.

PRELIMINARY ECONOMICS

Limited Partners:

- Attractive USD rental yields to be received in cash
- Exact economics vary by units purchased, but larger units generate higher returns
- Early purchase discounts provide further boost in returns
- 25% - 40% USD returns depending on unit and whether early purchase

- The Reservation Fee to hold a unit ($5000) will be credited against purchase price
- Customized payment plan options available to suite Investor needs (typically 25‐50%) downpayment with remainder spread over construction period). Bigger down payments get bigger price discounts
